By using the Stratify service ("Service", "we", "Stratify") available at https://stratifydesign.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any terms, please discontinue use of the Service.

Stratify is an AI-powered software platform for personality profiling and personal development. Using structured data you provide (date of birth, birth time, location, and questionnaire answers), the platform applies seven personality analysis systems — including, but not limited to, MBTI, Socionics, Human Design, Destiny Matrix, and Jungian archetypes — as data inputs to generate AI-computed personalised profiles, strategies, and development tools.

Important: Stratify is a software tool for self-reflection and personal development. All outputs are AI-computed results intended solely for informational and self-development purposes, not professional advisory of any kind.

Platform features:

• AI personality profile across 7 systems with cross-system synthesis.
• Path: you define point A and point B, and we return a set of 7 hypotheses — different ways of making that move, each grounded in a different facet of your profile.
• Hypotheses are accepted or rejected by swiping; later sets take your choices into account.
• Structured journal: morning check-in, daily goals, reflections, day rating, flow state, and AI analysis over a period.
• A daily insight drawn from your natal profile and recent journal entries.
• A 7-sphere FAQ answered personally against your profile.

All analytical materials are generated using Anthropic Claude AI models based on data you provide.

You must be at least 14 years old to use the Service. If you are between 14 and 18, use of the Service requires consent from a parent or legal guardian.

You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases (acquire tokens). By completing a purchase you confirm you have reached this age.

You confirm that the information provided at registration is accurate and belongs to you.

Account registration is required to access Service features. You agree to:

• Provide a valid email address and choose a strong password.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with third parties.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.

We are not responsible for any damage resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete an account that violates these Terms.

Tokens are Stratify's internal currency for accessing AI features. Upon registration you receive 3 free tokens. Feature costs:

• 1 token — personality analysis (full 7-system profile)
• 1 token — regenerating one section of the analysis
• 1 token — Path: a set of 7 A→B hypotheses
• 1 token — journal AI analysis for a period (subscribers)
• 1 token — "out of flow" AI diagnosis
• 1 token — a personal FAQ answer beyond the one free each day (subscribers)
• 1 token — force-refreshing the daily insight (subscribers)

Free of charge: the daily insight, the first FAQ answer each day, the morning check-in, daily goals, reflections, day rating and flow state. The daily insight, FAQ answers and journal analysis require a subscription; without one, each can be tried once.

Tokens are digital goods. Used tokens are non-refundable. If a feature is unavailable due to a technical error on Stratify's side, the token is automatically refunded to your balance.

Token prices may change. Current pricing is always shown on the payment page.

Tokens and subscriptions are paid for by direct USDT transfer on the Tron network (TRC-20). The payment page shows a wallet address and an exact amount; your balance is credited automatically once the transfer confirms on-chain. We do not accept payment cards.

We neither collect nor process payment credentials: you send the transfer yourself from your own wallet, and all we observe is that an amount arrived at our address.

Each amount carries unique trailing decimals, and that is what matches a payment to your account. Send the exact amount shown, or the transfer cannot be recognised automatically.

There is no auto-renewal. A subscription runs to the end of the period you paid for and then simply ends — nothing is charged automatically and there is nothing to cancel. To continue, send a new payment. Unused subscription tokens do not carry over to the next period; tokens bought in a pack stay on your balance.

You may not use the Service for:

• Automated access to the Service (bots, scripts) without written permission.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially distributing Service materials.
• Creating accounts on behalf of another person without their consent.
• Attempting to hack, circumvent security systems, or gain unauthorised access.
• Using the Service for illegal activities or infringement of third-party rights.
• Distributing malware through the Service.
• Circumventing the token system by any means.
• Providing false birth data to obtain a profile for a third party without their consent.

Your data belongs to you. We make no claim of ownership over data you provide to the Service.

AI-generated reports and strategic plans are provided for your personal use. You may share them for personal purposes with attribution (Stratify), but may not resell or publicly distribute them for commercial purposes.

All Stratify platform content (design, interface, text, logos, code) is the intellectual property of Stratify and is protected by copyright. Copying without permission is prohibited.

The Service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties of availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Nature of AI outputs. All Stratify analyses, plans, and recommendations are AI-generated and are provided solely for informational purposes of self-reflection and personal development. They are not:

• Professional psychological, psychiatric, or medical advice.
• Legal, financial, or career consulting.
• Scientifically verified conclusions about personality.

The personality analysis systems used in Stratify (including, but not limited to, MBTI, Human Design, Socionics, Destiny Matrix, and Archetypes) are applied solely as structured data inputs for AI-computed personality profiling — for the purpose of self-reflection and personal development.

Stratify is not responsible for decisions you make based on Service materials. Any life decisions remain solely your responsibility.

AI models may make mistakes. Analysis accuracy depends on the quality and completeness of the data you provide.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stratify is not liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
• Loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption.
• Decisions or actions you take based on AI analyses or recommendations.
• Temporary unavailability of the Service due to technical reasons.

Stratify's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 30 days preceding the incident.

You may delete your account at any time by emailing admin@stratifydesign.com. Account deletion results in permanent erasure of all your data within the periods stated in the Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete an account without prior notice in cases of:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Fraud, abuse, or excessive chargebacks.
• Actions harming other users or the Service.

Upon termination, unused tokens are forfeited without compensation, except where termination was initiated by us without any breach on your part — in that case, we refund the value of unused tokens in accordance with our Refund Policy.

These Terms are governed by generally recognised principles of international digital commerce, without prejudice to any mandatory protections afforded to you by the laws of your country of residence.

In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Contact us at admin@stratifydesign.com. The pre-dispute negotiation period is 30 days from receipt of the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Changes take effect upon publication of the updated version on the website. The current version of the Terms is always available at https://stratifydesign.com/terms. The published version supersedes all prior versions. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
