Refund Policy

1. Overview

Stratify ("we", "us", "our") offers AI-powered personality analysis, strategic planning, and personal development tools. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for token purchases made through our platform.

2. Payment Processing

Card payments are processed by Paddle.com, Inc. / Paddle Payments Ltd. ("Paddle"), which acts as our Merchant of Record. When you pay by card, Paddle appears on your bank statement and handles the payment transaction. Refunds for card purchases are processed back to your original payment method via Paddle. For USDT cryptocurrency payments, refunds (where applicable) are issued in USDT to the originating wallet address.

3. Token Purchases

Tokens are digital goods consumed when you generate analyses, strategic plans, or use AI-Twin features. Because tokens are consumed instantly upon use:

  • Used tokens are non-refundable.
  • If a token was deducted but the service failed to generate a result due to a technical error on our side, the token is automatically refunded to your account balance — no action required.
  • Unused tokens from a purchase may be refunded within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided none of the tokens from that purchase have been used.
  • To request a refund for unused tokens, email us at admin@stratifydesign.com with your registered account email and purchase details.

4. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from a digital content purchase within 14 days of the transaction date, unless you have already started using the digital content (i.e. consumed one or more tokens). By proceeding with a purchase and using a token, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is waived for consumed tokens.

5. Premium Subscription

Premium subscriptions provide enhanced access and a token bundle for the paid period:

  • Monthly subscriptions: you may cancel at any time. No refund is issued for the current billing period once it has started.
  • Annual subscriptions: a pro-rated refund may be issued within 30 days of purchase if no premium-only features or tokens from the subscription have been used. Contact us at admin@stratifydesign.com to request it.
  • Subscription tokens that are unused at the end of a billing period do not carry over to the next period.
  • Subscriptions do not auto-renew — payment is made manually for each period.

6. Non-Refundable Cases

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Tokens consumed by successfully delivered AI services (analysis, plan, AI-Twin actions).
  • Purchases from accounts with signs of abuse, fraud, or policy violations.
  • Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the original purchase date.
  • Cryptocurrency (USDT) purchases where the transaction cannot be verified or reversed due to blockchain finality.

7. How to Request a Refund

Email admin@stratifydesign.com with the following information: your registered account email, the approximate date and amount of purchase, and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 15 business days. Paddle may independently process refund requests submitted through their buyer support portal at paddle.com.

8. Disputed Charges & Chargebacks

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will work quickly to resolve the issue. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended while the dispute is investigated. Chargebacks are handled by Paddle for card transactions.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
