Do tokens expire?

Tokens purchased in a pack do not expire. Subscription tokens are credited each billing period and do not roll over to the next period if unused.

Do you offer refunds?

Unused token-pack tokens may be refunded within 14 days. Monthly subscriptions are not refunded for a started period. Annual subscriptions can be refunded pro-rata within 30 days if no tokens have been used. See the Refund Policy for details.

How do payments work?

Payment is a direct USDT (TRC-20) transfer on the Tron network. We show a wallet address and an exact amount; your balance updates automatically once the transfer confirms, usually within a minute. We do not accept cards and never see any payment details of yours.

Can I switch between subscription and token packs?

Yes. A subscription simply ends when its period runs out — there is nothing to cancel — and any tokens you bought in a pack stay on your balance. Subscribing again later does not affect them.
